Carob Honey
Our honeybees produce honey by collecting pollen and nectar from the rich flora of Agios Athanasios in Limassol. The Carob tree (Ceratonia siliqua) is the main bloom for the production of our honey!
It is 100% raw Cypriot honey with a unique aroma, dark in colour.
Enhanced by trace elements makes it an excellent source of antioxidants and phytonutrients.
The crystallisation time is between 6 to 8 months.

The ideal storage temperature is 15-25 ° C.
